Scheduling your patients MRI with us is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Fax your patient’s script to 856 - 740 - 0138.


2. Fax your patient’s demographics: name, address, phone, social security number, date of birth and insurance info to
   856-740-0138.


3. Start your patient’s pre-certification.

We will make contact with your patient immediately and if necessary follow up on a regular basis to schedule their MRI as soon as possible.

We will notify your office of their scheduled appointment date and time.

When their study is completed we will fax the written report to your office. Your patient’s images and reports are also available on-line, just click the OPAL-RAD link on the bottom right hand side of this page. If you need login information, please contact Randi at 609-412-9784

This process simplifies your referral process and relieves some of the administrative burden.
